1971
The journey began with the formation of Moyalan Group, initially venturing into logistics and roofing tile manufacturing.
1981
Moyalan Group was officially born!
1987
Moyalan Agro Pipes was established, making its first move into the piping industry.
1995
Started the production of HM packaging bags.
2000
Moyalan Agro Pipes came into existence as a prominent PVC pipe manufacturer in the state of Kerala.
2004
HDPE and PVC pipes for agriculture and infrastructure were produced at a higher level.
2010
The company was affirmed by the government projects involving water supply and drainage systems.
2015
Launch of a new manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu.
2016
Achieved ISI certification for all products.
2020
Moyalan with its 1,300 dealers stood out as a leader in PVC, HDPE, SWR and conduit pipes.
2021
Moyalan crossed ₹100 Cr in revenue.
2024
The launch of Moyalan Plastics India Pvt Ltd, and Revenue crossed ₹300 Cr.
Moyalan’s Journey
1981: It all began with a vision. Mr. M.P. Jose (Late), the backbone behind Moyalan’s Group! Initially we just deal in roof tiles and packaging. But he saw more than that. His dream was a future built on strength, trust, and creativity. And he stepped out in faith and by faith alone. The Moyalan Group was born!

1980s-90s: Challenges such as limited resources, competition and uncertainty tested him. But giving up was never an option. Moyalan Scale Driven Growth: From PP & PE Packaging Straps – A bold move. HM Packaging Bags – A step forward. HDPE & PVC Pipes – The turning point. Moyalan grew into a trusted name in the Plastics Sector!
2000s: A New Driver, A New Destination! Leadership was passed on to Mr. Rainy Jose, an innovative visionary with over 25 years of experience in the field. His leadership has made Moyalan one of the big names in the piping industry. One of the major PVC pipe manufactures in kerala. Widened for agriculture, irrigation, and water supply purposes. Developed partnerships with top brands nationally. It was no longer a journey of just evolution. It was about impact.
2010s – Present: Crossing Borders! The journey did not stop there, of course, it made its way outside the boundaries of Kerala. The audacious expansion step was taken by Moyalan to enter into Tamil Nadu. Production scaled-up quickly with our ISI certified factory in Pollachi.

Some lives are too powerful to fade, and some spirits too strong to break. Munnas, (grandson of our founder Mr. M P Jose) was one of them. A spirit so alive, a heart so brave , he taught us what it truly means to live, even in the face of the inevitable. From day one, his rock-solid commitment, boundless enthusiasm, and unbreakable optimism laid the foundation for what we stand for today. His laughter, his words of reassurance "...I am a superhero…" still resonate with us. His presence remains within Moyalan, in every decision we take, in every dream we build.
